Too many individuals and business owners are sold products they do not fully understand, with little guidance on how to actually use them. Education is often missing, and service tends to stop after the policy is placed. This gap between purchase and understanding leaves countless people with coverage that doesn't truly serve their needs, policies sitting in drawers, benefits going unused, and financial strategies that fail to deliver on their promise.
We saw families struggling to navigate claims processes alone. We watched business owners discover coverage gaps when it was already too late. We witnessed good people making financial decisions based on confusion rather than clarity, pressured by sales tactics rather than guided by genuine expertise. The industry had become transactional when it needed to be transformational.
We’ve always focused on one thing: making sure clients understand their coverage and know how to use it when it matters. That requires ongoing communication, consistent reviews, and a long‑term strategy that evolves with their lives. The signature isn’t the end of our responsibility, it’s the beginning. We stand alongside our clients through every change, refining their financial strategies with the same care and intention we started with.
Our work in the community boldly shapes how we show up as a company. It keeps our purpose grounded, our standards thoughtful, and our commitment focused on creating meaningful, lasting impact for the people we serve.
For more than a decade, Community Bridge Services has grown from a grassroots outreach effort into a comprehensive support model that strengthens both individuals and the businesses that employ them. Our work started in the community face‑to‑face, hands‑on, meeting people in shelters, recovery programs, and reentry organizations. We saw firsthand how instability, lack of communication tools, and limited employment opportunities kept people from rebuilding their lives. That insight shaped our early mission: remove barriers, create access, and help people regain their footing. Over time, we realized that the same challenges affecting individuals were also affecting the small businesses around them, employers struggling with turnover, rising costs, and the need to support their teams in a meaningful, sustainable way.
That’s when our outreach and our benefits work came together. By incorporating group and individual benefits into our model, we created a way for businesses to save money, reduce payroll taxes, and offer stronger support to their employees, all while improving the financial stability of the people we were already serving in the community. Instead of treating outreach and benefits as separate efforts, we built a bridge between them. Today, we only operate in areas where our involvement genuinely improves financial standing, enhances quality of life, and increases safety and security for everyone involved. Whether it’s helping a business strengthen its workforce or helping an individual rebuild after hardship, our mission remains the same: create solutions that move people forward and make communities stronger.
Rachael has spent more than a decade in the insurance industry, mastering every aspect of individual and group health and life benefits. Throughout her career, she has built businesses to success by focusing on practical solutions, strong relationships, and the real needs of the people she serves. Her outreach journey began in the most grassroots way possible, by sitting outside a food pantry, helping families enroll in ACA coverage. When clients began asking for free phone service, she saw firsthand how something as simple as a working phone could open doors to stability, employment, and safety.
That moment changed everything. Rachael expanded her outreach by partnering with nonprofits, recovery programs, and reentry organizations, eventually weaving job creation and lifeline services into the work. What started as one small table outside a food pantry grew into a full community impact model that now connects individuals, families, and businesses to tools that improve financial standing, quality of life, and long‑term security. Today, she leads Community Bridge Services with the same mission that sparked it all: remove barriers, create access, and build pathways that help people and businesses move forward together.
